Day
1 : EUROPE / LOS ANGELES
Welcome to Los Angeles! Pick up your rental car and spend your first evening in
the city. Night in the heart of Los Angeles. Day
2 : LOS ANGELES One day to explore either Hollywood, Beverly Hills,
Venice and Malibu; or Universal Studios or Disneyland. Day
3 : LOS ANGELES / GRAND CANYON Drive to the famous Grand Canyon
on Interstate 40. You will sleep at Peach Springs on Route 66 in the "Hualapai
Lodge". Be sure to watch the sunset on the canyon! Day
4 : RAFTING ON THE COLORADO
Wake up early for your day of rafting with the Native Americans of the Hualapai
tribe. An exciting day that includes lunch at the bottom of the canyon. At the
end of the day, a helicopter takes you back up to the Canyon's rim, then a bus
takes you back to the Lodge for your second night. Day
5 : MONUMENT VALLEY Continue towards Monument Valley, impressive sandstone buttes and mesas.

6 : PAGE VIA GRAND CANYON
Drive to Page and the Lake Powell. Day
7 : BOATING ON LAKE POWELL
On board of your 4/6-seat power boat you will pass through fringed, fjord-like
canyons that emerge from the lake. The beauty of the landscape is extreme, the
sapphire water is as impressive as its temperature. Bring a small picnic basket
and stop at one of the numerous beaches. Navigate to the Rainbow Bridge National
Monument.
Day
8: BRICE / ZION / LAS VEGAS
On the road to Brice Canyon, immense amphitheater where the water's erosion has
created rocky peaks and cliffs tinted with shades of pink, ochre, and red. Continue
on Scenic Drive through Zion's narrow gorges, dramatic canyons, and red precipices.
At the end of the day, arrive in Vegas. Evening in the world's gambling capitol.

9: DEATH VALLEY/ MAMMOTH LAKE
Return to California towards Death Valley. The landscape is varied (mountains,
sand dunes, canyons, salt sea, cactus, palm trees
) Don't miss Zabriskie
Point, lunar landscape of yellow and red rocks. Then drive alongside the Sierra
Nevada up to Mammoth Lake.
Day
10 : YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK
On Highway 395, go to Mono Lake, a 700,000 year old lake. Extra salty (3 times
more than the ocean, one could float on it). It is ringed by volcanoes, and tufa
towers up to 30 feet high are visible along the shoreline. Arrive in Yosemite
via Tioga Pass, the north entrance. Explore sequoia forests, rivers, and granite
cliffs. Night in the Cedar Lodge, located at the Park's entrance. Day
11 : YOSEMITE / SAN FRANCISCO
Discover the heart of Yosemite. At the end of the day, drive towards the most
beautiful Californian city: San Francisco!

12 : SAN FRANCISCO
It's time to explore the Coit Tower, Lombard Street, Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf,
Cliff House, Alamo square, a ride in the cable car
At night, don't miss
the 360° panorama of the city from the hills of the Twin peaks. Day
13 : MARIN COUNTY/ BERKELEY
By going across the famous orange bridge, you will discover Sausalito, village
of house boats, the Tiburon Island, and why not take the Bay bridge to discover
the University of Berkeley. Day
14 : SAN FRANCISCO
We recommend that you visit Alcatraz, unique neighborhoods like Haight Ashbury,
Castro, and a long walk in Golden Gate Park. Wander in SOMA and the Yerba Buena
Gardens, visit the MOMA. In the evening, have a cocktail in the Equinox (rotating
top floor of the Hyatt Embarcardero, the view is magnificent). Day
15 : SAN FRANCISCO / EUROPE
Quick, do a little last-minute shopping: Union street in the heart of the neighborhood
of Russian Hill and Union Square. Return the car to the airport and fly back to
Europe.
